Interview moment.

Assalamualaikum.

Ari tu ade buat post pasal kecuakkan aku nk pegi interview kan?kan? so, here is the stori pasal interview tu. honestly, that session is the most SEMPOI interview session yang aku penah alami. bayangkan lah. incik penemu duga tu (HR manager actually) mintak aku jangan nervous, n layan die macam aku bercakap dengan kawan. hah kau! aku ape lagi, memang standard kawan lah aku buatkan (but, respect is still my priority).

Actually, itulah interview yang paling simple+peliks+most berjaya lah aku boleh katakan. apa yang pelik? ok. soklan yang ditanya out of my imagination whereby most of them are based on my opinion, flexibility is well-spoken, manglish is most-welcome and preparation aku amat-amatlah diluar tahap yang sepatutnya. mr. manager asked me about Life of Pi movie, current election and my own feelings towards HR. aduhaii..aku terkesima. tapi nasiblah aku ni kaki menggoreng dalam exam, so dapatlah aku menjawab dengan seadanya.

Alhamdulillah.

Apa-apa pown aku harap internship aku semester depan akan berjalan dengan jayanya n kalau company tu puas hati ngan performance aku, hope dapatlah aku terus keje kat sana (Amin..) tapi overall, aku puas hati dengan sesi tersebut and aku memang salute dengan mr. manager company tu sebab as he said 'i'm a human person'.

EMPATHIZE.

it is not that easy to be empathize. why? cause no single person can experience the real situation than the person itself. tak kisahlah macam mana pun kita kata "aku faham apa yang kau rasa" tapi the truth is, you can't! but at least, we can try. in order to empathize, what you need to do is LISTEN! LISTEN! & LISTEN!
